Shipping Policy:

All items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days if products ordered are currently in stock at the time the order is placed. Availability is subject to change without notice. If a catcher is not in stock at the time the order is placed, product(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days after production completion. Accelerator Industries reserves the right to select the shipper. Shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen conditions.

Return Policy:

Items will be accepted for return within thirty days from the date the product shipped and are subject to restocking fees. A full refund for the product (less any restocking fees) will be issued upon receipt of the product in good condition at our facility. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Used items are not eligible for return. Accelerator Industries must be contacted for return approval before the product is returned or refund is not guaranteed.

Terms of Payment:

Payment in full must be received before product will be shipped. Forms of payment accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No checks permitted. Sales tax will be applied to all sales within the State of Washington.

Warranty:

Accelerator Industries provides a one-year warranty on all grass catchers with receipt of the “warranty card” enclosed within your shipment. This warrants the catcher against material and/or manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Accelerator may opt to repair or replace a defective unit at the company’s discretion. Abuse is not covered by this warranty and all claims must be authorized by a factory representative.
